God said to Moses: “All right. Just as you say; this also I will do, for I know you well and you are special to me. I know you by name.” Exodus 33:17 MSG

My friends, your forecast has just gone from gloomy and rainy, to bright sunshine and breezy simply because God knows you by name. He’s saying to you, “Because you have set your love on me, because you have set yourself to serve me, because you believe and trust in my Name and because you draw near to fellowship with me, just as you say; this also will I do.”

He says to you, “You are special to me! I know you by name.” Perhaps you’re not clear about this. God has said He is no respecter of persons. What He does for one, He will do for all. What He said to Moses, He also says to you. Put your name in there. “God said to Sandy: All right. Just as you say; this also I will do, for I know you well and you are special to me. I know you by name.”

When the devil tries to convince you that you’re not important to God and He doesn’t care for you, go right back up to this verse and use it as a weapon to kill the lie he’s trying to put on you.

“Devil, get out of my head! I will not entertain your lies anymore. The only game you know to play is to kill, steal and destroy the plans and purposes God has for me. I’m onto you. I come against you with the Word of God. God loves me so much that He sent His only Son, Jesus, to die and than raised Him up so He is always standing before the throne of God making intercession for me. I will only believe what the Word says about me. I am loved! God knows my name! He has plans for my success and there’s nothing you can do about it!”

Now that, my friend is a good forecast for your future. It’s a perfect forecast for your Friday and every other day of the week. He knows the things you have need of and has already made provision for it. He’s saying to you, “For I will surely deliver you, and you shall not fall by the sword; but your life shall be as a prize to you, because you have put your trust in Me.” Jeremiah 39:11

What you are facing is no match for the God who knows your name!
