Agree With Me

““Receive this truth: Whatever you forbid on earth will be considered to be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will be considered to be released in heaven. Again, I give you an eternal truth: If two of you agree to ask God for something in a symphony of prayer, my heavenly Father will do it for you. For wherever two or three come together in honor of my name, I am right there with them!””
Matthew 18:18-20 TPT

It only takes 2. Two. That’s all it takes to carry weight in the Spirit realm. To forbid the evil from invading territory. To release manifested miracles. To usher in the presence of God.

I believe it was two elderly widows who fell on their faces and prayed over Scotland until the power of God fell. Bars were closed and crime was lowest all because two agreed.

“And you shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword. And five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword. ”
Leviticus 26:7-8 KJVAE

That right there speaks of multiplication and strength. It’s what happens where the power of agreement comes into affect.

Not everyone will agree with you. Not everyone agrees with Gods Word. I can point out a truth in the scripture and have heard so many excuses. “That’s not what it means.” “That was only for that time.”

If God made covenant with Abraham, that belongs to me by way of adoption. If Jesus was beaten and whipped for my healing, than healing belongs to me.

I have very few friends who line up their words with the Word of God. Friends who aren’t afraid to correct me when my words are affected by pain, discouragement or doubt. I’m thankful for them.

I am looking for those who are willing to stand firm on their foundation of truth regardless of the outcome. Those who have more faith in what they know than what they see. To trust that God knows the end of His plan and your only job is to trust and obey. To remember the three Hebrew boys who went willingly to the firey furnace finding Jesus was right there with them through it all.

He is well able to keep what we commit to Him. He has purpose for everything that happens in our lives.
