And Mordecai told them to answer Esther: “Do not think in your heart that you will escape in the king’s palace any more than all the other Jews. For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” Esther 4:13-14
I’m really weary of people asking me if I’m pre-tribulation, mid-tribulation or post-tribulation. My answer is always, I’m here for such a time as this. There is only present for me. I’m focused on what I can do now, not tomorrow or the next day. I live in the moment, not wanting miss opportunities to make a difference in those around me. We’re not promised tomorrow, so stop trying to figure out when Jesus will return….He doesn’t even know! Only the Father knows the day and the hour.
How exciting to be in the Kingdom at this time. How exciting to know that the King of kings is on the throne, ruling and reigning in our hearts. This truth must be firmly established in us. We must not fear, but rather trust in the Lord completely and fully.
Stop being distracted. Don’t allow the news media to change what you know. The job of the enemy is to make you fearful, but God is clear in His promises to you. He will never leave or forsake you. Keep your eyes on Him and your hope in His promises.
Revelation 12:10: Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, “Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down.”
