Of course we are human, but we don’t fight like humans. The weapons we use in our fight are not made by humans. Rather, they are powerful weapons from God. With them we destroy people’s defenses, that is, their arguments and all their intellectual arrogance that oppose the knowledge of God. We take every thought captive so that it is obedient to Christ. You are responsible for what you allow into your head. You can receive or reject it, it’s always your choice. What you allow to take residence, determines who you become. Some of us have been thinking on the wrong things far too long. It’s confused us into believing we are less than God created us to be; kings and priests.

Every thought! Sometimes you have to say, “Hold up there! That thought doesn’t line up with the Word of God so I’m not receiving it!” then you must find the scripture that is true and speak it out. Have you ever had a pain and a thought came, “Oh, you probably need a knee replacement.” Is that thought of God? No, because the infallible Word say that, “by His stripes, I am healed.” Or have you ever had a doctor give you a report that seriously shortened your life span? But if his report doesn’t line up with what Gods truth says, I respond, “I don’t receive that thought. With long life He will satisfy me and show me His salvation.”

Father, I remind you of your word because I Samuel 22:31 says; “As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.” Thank you Lord that today, your word is manifest in my body, my mind, my finances, my faith and my future. You are more than enough for me. It’s in Jesus’ name I pray. Amen
