Keep Climbing & Don’t Look Back!

“The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD, and He delights in his way.” Psalms 37:23

One of my favorites, this verse. Why? Because I love the adventures I see in my journey when God orders my steps. Life with him is never boring. His path sometimes takes me through mine fields, testing my ability to listen to his direction.

There are some people who prefer a walk in the park and there are times that is nice, but I rather like a road that challenges me, because its what takes my breath away and draws me near to trust him more. A climb up a difficult path often gives way to the most breathtaking views.

Nothing like the feeling that comes after a deep time of intercession, crying out for a friend or a loved one. To see the end as God does, to proclaim and decree a thing then watch it come to pass.  Nothing like an exhilarating expression of your highest praise, dancing before the Lord as He stands watching, smiling.

The Lord would say this to his people: Stop running from the battle! Turn and face it with your armor securely fastened knowing that He who is within you is greater than he who is in the world. Its time to access the Grace of God to do what the Father has given you to do. Let the journey begin!

Father, I stand securely fastened in my armor, ready to tackle the unknown and unexpected. Give me strength for my day and a smile on my lips, ready to give out my very best to You at any given moment. I’m excited for the exploits we will do together today.  I’m never alone in this journey with You. I expect signs, wonders and miracles to follow me and leave a trail of wholeness wherever I go. It’s in Jesus’ name and for His glory. Amen
