Whats with all the stress? I know if I feel it, you must feel it too. It seems to be in everything now days. Everything’s a drama.

“It must be completed NOW!” and the stress they feel is placed on us because they waited too long.

Have you ever felt like that? Have you ever thought that God placed you where you are to provide the answer needed? We have within us the ability to hear the voice of God and know the answers, but we MUST take time to hear His voice.

I don’t have devotions every morning because I have all this extra time and nothing else to do. I purpose in my heart to do this. I have come to realize that without takingthetime, I’m incapable of finishing well.

God has prepared us a table in the presence of our enemies. Why? To show us that we can commune with Him and be satisfied even when we’re in a battle.

So I feast at His table this morning, and I cry out to Him, “Take me deeper! Deeper into your Word. Deeper into your love. Deeper into your peace.” And He responds, “I am here! Never to leave you. Eat and find strength for the task before you.”

Psalm 34:8 MSG “Open your mouth and taste, open your eyes and see—how good God is. Blessed are you who run to him.”

For now, we see but a faint reflection of riddles and mysteries as though reflected in a mirror, but one day, we will see face-to-face. My understanding is incomplete now, but one day, I will understand everything, just as everything about me has been fully understood. Until then, there are three things that remain: faith, hope, and love—yet love surpasses them all. So above all else, let love be the beautiful prize for which you run. I Corinthians 13:12-13

Wow! Above all else, let love be the beautiful prize for which you run. My friend, I John 4:8 tells us; The one who doesn’t love has yet to know God, for God is love. Any other love is just an imitation. True love is God.

If you desire love, look no further. When you begin the treasure hunt for God, you will find the greatest, most amazing love you’ve ever known. It’s the kind of love you can only know by knowing Him.

Anyone who’s been married for more than a minute will understand that love is not a feeling. It’s so much more than that. Love commits to doing right even when feelings don’t line up. God is our example, for no one has ever loved us enough to give their life for us.

The best gift we can give can’t be bought in a store. It can’t be earned by doing good. It’s the gift of God’s grace filled love. Unconditional, unending, hope filled, deep, and abiding love. The gift that keeps giving long after the paper is discarded.

Father, thank You again for the gift of Your son. It was Your gift to us that gave all so that we could know You. May we never be satisfied with anything else. It’s in Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

Visionary; a person who is given to audacious, highly speculative, or impractical ideas or schemes; dreamer.

There are two kinds of people in the world, those who believe it when they see it, and those who dream it, speak it, and then see it. God is a visionary. He saw what could be, and then He spoke it into existence. Jesus was also a visionary. He saw the blind seeing, the deaf hearing, the lepers cleansed before it happened. He merely spoke out of the vision inside of him.

What about you? Are you a visionary? Are you given to audacious, highly speculative, or impractical ideas? Are you a dreamer?

Matthew 21:21-22 GW, Jesus answered them, “I can guarantee this truth: If you have faith and do not doubt, you will be able to do what I did to the fig tree. You could also say to this mountain, ‘Be uprooted and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen. Have faith that you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”

Never stop dreaming. Never allow discouragement to affect your dreams. Age isn’t a factor when dreaming. Faith is! When you trust in what you don’t see, it affects what you do see. That’s why Jesus said, “Have faith in God!” He wants to hear your vision, to see you dream big, but He also wants to be involved in it.

Every big dream needs investors, and God is yours. You don’t have to convince Him of it, He gave you the dream, and He’ll work out all the details. Just be attentive, listen to His promptings. He’ll show you the way. All you need to do is walk in it. Nothing is impossible to those who believe!

Thank You, Lord, for being my example, my mentor, my teacher. Thanks for giving me Your Holy Spirit to lead me into all truth. You gave a picture to Abraham to meditate on stars and sand. May the vision you’ve given me neither overwhelm or stop me, but challenge me to believe You for more. It’s in Jesus’ name I pray this, Amen.

Crazy in love with Jesus.  When I get homesick for heaven, I just worship Him and let Him love on me, then I hang with His wonderful people and think, this is close to heaven on earth. 

Thank you for loving me through Jesus. It makes me feel at home with you.

Now faith is the certainty of things hoped for, a proof of things not seen.
Hebrews 11:1 NASB2020

Faith is defined-confidence or trust in a person or thing: faith in another’s ability.

Today, I have faith in my Father God, the one who formed the universe, created an intricate human body, and chose to live inside of me.

I have faith in His plan for me. He has made provision for everything I need, want, or could hope for; health, peace, joy & prosperity. Beyond all of this, His presence is all I need.

I’ve been speaking it for a long time. Consistant, faith stretching declarations over our finances, jobs, and promises God has made to us, family, and relationships. I’ve encouraged others to do the same, faithfully, as God spoke to me to do.

In faith, I began to declare into the atmosphere as we sang, “Somethings moving, somethings changing, see His glory, feels like heaven on earth.” I prophesied it over certain people and saw the manifestation! I wanted to scream out, “I TOLD YOU He would keep His Word! I said it, didn’t I? His Word will NOT return void. It will accomplish what He sent it to do.”

Can I get a witness on the wall today? Has God been good to you? Has He provided? Does He love you? Does He ever stop? Has He ever failed?

Regardless of where you are in this process, don’t forget his goodness. Don’t forget his faithfulness! Continue to do what you know to do and have faith in God, that this process will also end, and you will see the manifestation He made to you.

Continue walking in love! Continue showing love! Do the right things, even when you don’t see what you want. Continue laying hands on the sick. Continue encouraging others even though you need encouragement yourself. Because what you do for others always comes back on to you.

Father, how much I love you! Thank you for loving me first. I may not get everything I want for Christmas, but I have You, and that is enough! You bring me peace. You bring me joy. You gave me Your Son. That is gift enough for me. I will continue to share Your gift with others and give You all the glory. It’s in Jesus name I pray, amen.

Ever have someone try to hold you back? Contain you? Keep you in a box? It’s what Satan does every day. He says you can’t have that, be that or go there.

He gets you accustomed to your surroundings, comfortable in your settings, and soon you find yourself stuck simply because you limit yourself based on the lie he’s told you.

Break the restraints and bust out of the box. Live the truth of His Word. The only limits are the ones you believe are there. Sandy G

It amazes me when mere man thinks he can pull one over on God. Like He’s ever surprised! Reality check-God never sleeps!

He’s aware of you every minute of every hour of every day. He knows the battle you’ll face before it’s even on your radar. He’s already sent His angels to keep you, protect you, and strengthen you.

He knows your response before you respond. His knowledge of everything gives you access to whatever you need for life and godliness.

Don’t be afraid. He will cause even your enemies to be at peace with you. What you’re facing, you won’t face alone. Rest and restore yourself in His presence. He’s got this.

What you go through is never meant to harm you. It’s meant to season and cook you to perfection. We were never meant to focus on the process as much as the finished product.

If you’re training for a marathon, what gets you through the training is the goal of crossing the finish line. If you don’t have a goal, you’ll find it hard to go through the training.

The same is true in the Kingdom of God. Our goal is to tell others the good news of the gospel, but without a test, their is no testimony. What we go through in life gives us the ability to relate to someone God wants to reach. It’s never about you. It’s about Gods plan to reach a lost and dying world.

Gods intentions are to break you open so that His life giving love can flow through you to others. If we don’t experience brokenness, what is in us would never spill out to others.

Thank You, Father, for each test and trial, every tear I’ve shed, every horrible thing I had to endure. It’s all about Your plans to show Your love to others. How I love You and thank You for every valley, every mountain, all the grief and pain. Help me to stay broken and humbled. In Jesus’ name, Amen

Romans 5:3-5 ERV; And we are also happy with the troubles we have. Why are we happy with troubles? Because we know that these troubles make us more patient. And this patience is proof that we are strong. And this proof gives us hope. And this hope will never disappoint us. We know this because God has poured out his love to fill our hearts through the Holy Spirit he gave us.

“Here’s what I want you to do: Find a quiet, secluded place so you won’t be tempted to role-play before God. Just be there as simply and honestly as you can manage. The focus will shift from you to God, and you will begin to sense his grace.
Matthew 6:6 MSG

Today, let His grace be enough. As Jesus put it in the above verse, find a quiet place in the midst of the turmoil that surrounds you and let your focus shift from you to God. Do you sense it? His glorious grace that steps toward you?

Never let it be said that Gods grace is not enough because it is. His grace has lifted you up, given safety when you were stupid, provided for you when you overspent. If you are able to walk, talk, and breathe without assistance, that’s grace.
