I publicly proclaim bold promises. I do not whisper obscurities in some dark corner. I would not have told the people of Israel to seek me if I could not be found. I, the Lord, speak only what is true and declare only what is right. Isaiah 45:19 NLT

What a way to start my day, knowing He is the God who publicly proclaims bold promises.  And guess what He’s designed me to do? Boldly declare His promises and come into agreement with His Word of truth.

He’s not playing ‘hide n seek’ as we did as children. He’s just waiting for us to cry out to Him and He will answer. He won’t just answer what we ask, He’ll show us things we didn’t ask for.

He’s such a good, good Father! When I find a promise in His Word, I know that what He said, He will do. There is absolutely nothing about Him that I cannot trust. He honors His Word above His name. That is a bond that cannot be broken. Nothing can shake my trust in God’s Word.

Father, measure the words of my mouth. Anything that tries to come out that is contrary to Your Words, Your will and Your ways, stop them at the gate. I will not speak against Your Word. I will not speak my feelings, the facts of my circumstances, the things I see in the natural. Your Word changes all of that!

My words will not sound like the worlds words. My thoughts will not be like the worlds thoughts. Everything must bow to Your living Word of truth. Thank You that as I seek You this morning, I will find You. You’re not hiding from me. I call Your name and You respond.

Oh how that fills me, thrills me & chills me. All hail King Jesus! We welcome You into our words and our ways today. Change us into Your image and likeness that all men may be drawn to You.
