I recently heard a story of a young woman who was given an unusual word from the Lord which said, “Continue doing on earth what you’re famous for in heaven.” The prophet continued to describe what he saw in the spirit. Each day she would push the chairs back in her living room and put on worship music as she danced before the Lord. “God wants you to know that all of heaven stops and watches. They never miss a performance.”
What no one knew was the pain and abuse she had been through in her past. She had been to counselors but only grew worse. The only thing she could think to do was distract herself and focus on dancing before the Lord. That very day she was delivered of all the pain of her past.
What are you famous for in heaven? Perhaps you sing songs of love to Him that you compose for His ears alone. Perhaps it’s your weeping over the lost or the grief of loss that spills into His lap. God always sees the things you do for Him. He’s always watching and it delights Him.
The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working]. James 5:16b AMPC
Tremendous power is released through the passionate, heartfelt prayer of a godly believer! James 5:16 TPT
Remember Daniel? He prayed and fasted for 21 days before the angel of the Lord stood before him with the answer. What did he tell him? On the very first day he prayed, God sent him with the answer but he ran into opposition and had to call in reinforcements.
Don’t stop doing what is in your heart to do, because God never misses a performance. He intently listens to your songs, He bottles your tears. Your prayers are sweet incense before His throne. He misses nothing that you do in His presence. What you do in secret, He will reward openly. You are one day away from your miracle. Keep going, your praise is entertaining heaven.
Father, I don’t care if anyone knows my name on earth, because You do. If the words You’ve place in me is to encourage Your heart and they are sweet to Your ears, I will keep speaking them. I will simply be available for Your service whenever You need me to be.
“Until then, my heart will go on singing, Until Then with joy I’ll carry on. Until the day my eyes behold God’s City. Until the day, He calls me home.”
